Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for no shows that do not cancel before 24 hours. Must be paid before next booking. I understand we are human so if an emergency comes up please message me!
LATE APPOINTMENTS: 15 minute window, after 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled.
No children unless they are being serviced, please. We want to create a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere where you can unwind and relax.
